PLEASE REVIEW ALL POLICY’S ! Cancellations A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Reschedules made 48 hrs in advance will not incur a fee. You will not be able to schedule future bookings without paying your fee. All deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules Rescheduling more than twice will incur a %50 fee of your service. You will not be able to re book until your fee is paid. I understand things happen but numerous cancellations / reschedules are not sustainable to my business, and we may have to part ways professionally. Canceling less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% fee even if you are going to reschedule. Child Free Salon To respect Aura Beauty Collective’s policy- please do not bring your children unless they are the ones being serviced. Thank you! Tardiness If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, be aware we may have to alter your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late your scheduled service will be cancelled. A %50 fee will be charged unless rescheduled. I understand things happen, but tardiness is not sustainable to my business. Re-Do’s If you are unhappy with your hair up to 48 hours after leaving my chair please reach out and I’m happy to readjust accordingly free of charge. No refunds will be issued.
